Two national mining Associations agreed to cooperate Print E-mail

In the basis of same core value of the safety and environment and active role dedicated in mining industry in Mongolia by request from Mineral Industry Safety Association (MISA) to Mongolian National Mining Association (MNMA) two parties arranged a meeting to work and associate together to build broader activities and unite domestic and foreign invested mining companies operating in Mongolia. After brief introduction from MISA about its establishment, goals, board member selection, past and planned activities, both associations welcomed and agreed to join one another’s association. Both associations agreed to exchange information, support each others membership process, and work together. The meeting held at MNMA office with presence of Mr. D.Ganbold/President, E.Sodontogos/Advisor the President, B.Bayasal/Membership Affairs Manager from MNMA and Mr. Gerald Harper/President, S.Erdembayar/Board Director, and D.Orgil/Office Manager from MISA.

Thanks for positive cooperation. Who would be interested to get their Mongolian
personnell to be trained to Certificate IV or Diploma in OHS - Australian
qualification in UB? Other option is to be trained to "Internal Auditor"
- International qualification for over 130 countries.
I am planning to get back
to UB from Australia soon and need to plan for the number of trainees. V.
Doguilev MRACI CChem, Certified Quality, Environmental and OHS Principal Auditor
and Lead Laboratory Assessor.
